I'm a second -generation Filipino-American, who was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota-USA. I attended college at the University of Minnesota -Morris (95'-99') and got a BA-Liberal Arts for the Human Services. I currently work with developmentally disabled adults in two different job settings (full-time: Stevens County Developmentally Achievement Center (DAC), community setting since 05' & part time: Prairie Community Services (PCS), group-home and community 1:1 setting since 99'').

I discovered this awesome “Gaia” community while looking for scholarships to fund my furthering my career options. I'm currently in my first term (Summer 08')  of a 6 year-plan on getting my Masters in Teaching (English as a Second Language-ESL). I've been volunteering as an ESL teacher in the local community (Morris, Minnesota-USA) for almost 4 years (Fall of 08'), which getting a teaching certificate-degree will help make a bigger impact on what I'm currently doing.
