How would you define success?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 01, 2008:

Accomplishing one's goal, but that isn't always necessary going the way you want it! For example, my goal during college was to pay for all my schooling. I worked two jobs during the summer, was an RA (Residential Advisor) my junior year to get my room and board covered, and  other small to big accomplisments to help pay my 4 years of college without owing any student loans!

However, I wasn't successfull in getting a "high paying" job that I wanted to after college, but I love doing what I'm doing still after college. I don't get everything what "I want", but I feel I'm still successful. I still have a hourly pay job, but I'm living in a comfortable life to pay my bills and still enjoy life. I can give you a huge list of what benefits or blessings has been given to me working in a "job or career" that isn't "high-paying"-just check my personal site!

What techniques do you use to help people get along?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 29, 2008:

I remember what my dad told me during a family conflict issue. He told me to look at the "good" (not the bad) or "positive' side of everybody, which will then able you to get along with "everybody". I also can't do it on my own "will" all the time, so I ask God through prayer for His help to get along with individuals. From my favorite book, there is a chapter (Galatians) that taught me to be a "ministry of reconcilliation", which I have the heart to do between everybody (particular racial division).
